The Mental Health Association in Greensboro provides leadership in identifying and addressing mental health needs in Greensboro and serves as an advocate for those experiencing mental illness. MHAG seeks to promote recovery and raise awareness of mental health issues through education, direct services, and collaboration with mental health professionals. We provide direct services to individuals in recovery from mental illness, including support groups, recovery skills classes, and one on one peer support. We also engage the community and providers through public mental health education programs.
