Perhaps one of the most enjoyable and rewarding aspects in the field of human services. The training will provide an understanding of ethical principles in multicultural counseling, review and define globalization, worldview, and how culture influences one’s personality and lifestyle.  Participants will become aware of their own bias, assumptions and values while working with a variety of divergent populations.    The path to cultural awareness and competencies will be explored.  Implications for counseling and ethical conduct will be examined for one’s own professional development.
