Come join the discussion about mental illness in our families and in our community. This is a free community event, featuring talks from healthcare providers and community stakeholders, with discussion about supporting loved ones in recovery from mental illness. Topics will include:
- Why talking about mental health is important.
- How to help a loved one who has been diagnosed.
- What to do in a crisis situation.
- Resources available to help.

We will hear from doctors, patients and family members, as well as a panel discussion with members of various local organizations who provide services to individuals and families struggling with mental health diagnoses.
