It’s the season for the blues.
This year Mental Health Greensboro offers a series of workshops that address the reasons the holidays are hard. Learn strategies to cope with the season’s blues, and make the holidays a hopeful time again.
The holiday workshop series offers three free classes. The first, Attitude of Gratitude, addresses remaining grateful under stress. Understanding the Holiday Blues, examines the season’s depression triggers and offers strategies to battle them. Last but not least, So You Wanna Make A Resolution? will help to create a resolution success plan, because, YES YOU CAN!
