RECOVERY PRINCIPLES is a six session class that begins Monday, December 30th, right before the start of 2020. This course acknowledges that living with a mental health diagnosis can make daily tasks difficult, especially when extreme symptoms or unexpected setbacks take hold. In this class you will learn key recovery principles that can help you steer your path in a consistent direction. Learning a basic model of recovery is a good way to get your ship rolling in the right direction!
RESURGENCE is a four session course that begins Monday, January 27th, 2020. This course concentrates on sparking hope for a new beginning. Learn to advocate for one’s self. Learn the importance of taking responsibility for one’s self. Identify your strengths, adopt and adapt a recovery plan for your mind, body and spirit. A revival of one’s self is possible, and this class can help your self rejuvenation.
BALANCING HOLISTIC WELLNESS is a popular twelve session course that begins Tuesday, January 28, 2020. Recovery can not happen with diagnosis and medication alone. Recovery is a multi-faceted journey to be explored. Balancing your holistic wellness encompasses your physical health, diet, circumstance and environment. Learn how these factors play an active role in your wellness. Master strategies to balance all factors of your life and take an active role in maintaining recovery.
