It’s that time of year again! The season of compassion and giving, the season of unconditional care for those in need. Mental Health Greensboro is happy to team up with area churches for our annual holiday gift giving program, Hands of Hope. Hands of Hope donations benefit both the children and adult patients of Moses Cone Behavioral Health Hospital (Greensboro) and Central Regional Hospital (Raleigh), who otherwise may not have much of a season of celebration.
Clothes, toiletries, and fun items for children and adults are on the Hands of Hope wish list! Purchase a gift from the wish list below, it’s a wonderful way to reach those who need your compassion. Have fun with it! Your joy in giving is translated ten fold, when your gift is received. Please do not wrap your gifts and make sure gifts are not packaged in aerosol cans or glass containers. Gifts must be free of draw strings and alcohol, too! We ask that gift donations arrive to our office by Friday, December 11, 2020 before 2pm. This will give us time to wrap and prepare the gifts for distribution.
If you’d prefer giving a monetary donation, your generosity will be used to purchase wish list items that were not received. Make monetary donations online here or by texting the code HANDSHOPE to the number 44321.
