We will be decorating 8.5 x 11-inch Scrapbook pages to serve as section headers for your Life Planner and Organization binder. Please bring a 3-ring binder notebook. They may have one at your local Dollar Store. Sections could include: Meaningful Quotes, Books to Read, Housecleaning guide, Meal Planner & Shopping guide, Habit Tracker, Budget plan, etc. If it is large enough, your binder may be a good place for your Wellness Recovery Action Plan, or your Daily Maintenance Plan.
