This weekly Compeer workshop will work on developing and creating different wellness tools for peers to utilize on their wellness journey. Join each week for a new and fun activity that will allow us to distantly socialize, have fun, and work on recovery together.

9/28 Exposure to Natural Light (as days begin to shorten) Craft a Sun Catcher
