Grief is a multifaceted response to loss and may look different from one person to the next. There is no right or wrong way to grieve yet there are many healthy ways to cope with the pain, difficult emotions and sadness. Grief is a natural response to loss and it is normal to feel that what you’re experiencing will never let up. Mental health providers can support the grieving process and help clients navigate through periods of loss and change. This workshop explores the process of addressing grief with other mental health conditions.
