WRAP is the Wellness Recovery Action Plan. This is a plan that supports a person’s wellness and
recovery. The Wellness Recovery Action Plan helps one to create wellness tools when stressors occur.
We will discuss those stressors, wellness tools and action plans for emotional and mental wellness.
The Mini WRAP is an action plan created around a specific event or circumstance. It is a proactive plan
that anyone can use for their wellness.
