$50 individual, $250 table (team of 6), includes:

Join us for an evening of fun, great food and drink, and trivia that all will enjoy, from the experienced to first timers. The generosity of our sponsors is supporting a great menu, beverages, including craft beer and wine, and allowing us to assemble friends and supporters at a wonderful venue at a very reasonable fare.

Come one come all.  Each table will form a team of six for the trivia contest – prizes are on the line!  We welcome individuals and couples and look forward to assembling teams of neighbors and new friends.  Of course, anyone can assemble their own teams or parts of teams – all desired partnering will be accommodated.

About the Event

The trivia will have 5 categories, general knowledge. No peeking at your phones! Teams will be 6 players, if you don’t have your own group of 6 don’t worry, we’ll take care of it. Everyone gets to play.  

Cadillac Service Garage was reborn in 2017 as downtown Greensboro’s premiere wedding and event venue, a perfect venue for our evening of fun, camaraderie, and support. Our friends at Crafted are preparing a wonderful menu of gourmet tacos and sides, to be accompanied by beverages, wine and craft beer if you’re thirsty! Dessert is included and the dinner will feature vegetarian options.

We will have prize packages for winning teams!

Doors open at 6:15.
Refreshments and appetizers begin at 6:30 pm. 
Dinner stations will be open from 7 pm.
Trivia begins at 7:15 pm.

Your Support

MHG is a grant and donor-funded 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We rely on the support of individuals and organizations in our community to continue providing education and recovery support services to our peers in the community, and to keep most of our programs free to the public. Your support allows us to offer recovery support services to those in recovery with a mental health diagnosis, which includes support groups, one-on-one peer support with certified Peer Support Specialists, and recovery skills classes through the Wellness Academy.

How your participation helps:

$50 Player Registration
Three participants can attend a QPR Suicide Prevention Training.
$250 Table Registration
A peer support specialist can spend 20 hours one-on-one with individuals seeking peer support as part of their recovery program.
$500 Event Sponsorship
Funds the development and provision of 1 new recovery skills class.
$1,000 Sponsorship
A peer support specialist can work one-on-one with 5 peers during a six month period and facilitate support groups.

The Wellness Academy

The Wellness Academy is a free mental health recovery program that educates peers about maintaining wellness, coping with stress, and managing symptoms. The core classes are evidenced-based or developed from SAMHSA principles, and include:

  • Anger Management
  • Introduction to Wellness and Recovery Concepts
  • Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP)
  • Wellness Management and Recovery
  • Recovery Principles

Other MHG Programs

MHG offers supportive programs for individuals in recovery with a mental health diagnosis, as well as public mental health education programs for healthcare providers, students, employers and employees, and members of the general public. Most of these programs are free of charge and include:
